Ruben Gerards goes back to his musical roots—the piano—after spending years producing, creating ambient music, and performing with a variety of artists.
By eliminating all extraneous elements, he creates a minimalistic scene with a new collection of piano compositions that find inspiration in nature and love as well as in philosophy and mathematical ideas. Each of his compositions tell its own story, inspired by love, self-exploration, philosophy and mathematics. Ruben effortlessly combines jazz and classical influences and lets his lyrical melodies take center stage in the journey he takes his listeners on.
